For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At MAKO PAKO we process the information provided by those interested in participating in our activities for the following purposes:

  • Drawing up lists of participants in the different activities organised by MAKO PAKO.
  • For the administrative management of activities and events.
  • For the sending of communications related to the activities to all participants.
  • For the publication of images on our website and social networks.

How long will we keep your data?

The data will be kept for as long as the relationship as a participant in MAKO PAKO activities is maintained and, where appropriate, for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
For those purposes for which we obtain your express consent, they will be kept for as long as you do not exercise your right of deletion or limitation of the purpose.

How did we obtain your data?

The personal data that we process at MAKO PAKO originate from the data subject himself/herself or from the parent or legal guardian. In the event that the data originates from third parties, the consent for the processing and transfer of this data to MAKO PAKO must be accredited.
